What I collect
Your email address, your answers to the two optional questions, and the date you joined.
Why
To email you about the Daylastic beta and launch, and to use the answers, in aggregate, to decide what to build next.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the corresponding rule of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing me.
Who helps me
Tally, the form tool, which stores the answers in the EU, and Cloudflare, which hosts this page. Page statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no personal profiles. Before I send the first email, I'll name the email service here.
How long
Until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 12 months after the public launch. Then I delete it.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data, I don't show ads, and this page uses no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, get a copy, or withdraw your consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Serbia, that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
