For Todoist users
Stop rescheduling your day by hand.
Daylastic puts your Todoist tasks on a timeline. When a task runs over or something urgent lands, it moves everything after it for you, keeps your locked meetings in place and shows you what moved. No more rescheduling one by one.
How it works
-
Your day on a timeline
Daylastic lays out today's Todoist tasks on a timeline. Drag to plan, and the times sync back to Todoist.
-
When things run over, the day adjusts
Extend a task or drop in something urgent: everything after it moves, locked meetings stay put, and you see exactly what changed.
-
Overflow you can see
If the day no longer fits, the lowest-priority tasks go to tomorrow, and Daylastic shows which ones and why. Tasks with a deadline stay, and Undo puts everything back.
-
Focus sessions that bend too
Start a session on any task. Pause without losing it, extend it, and get a quiet nudge when it's time for a break. Silent by default.
Built for Todoist
Daylastic is not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Todoist.
-
Todoist stays your source of truth. Daylastic changes only the dates, times and durations of the tasks you plan with it, adds the tasks you create in it, and marks a task done when you finish it. It never deletes your existing tasks, and recurring tasks keep their schedule.
-
Works with Todoist Free and Pro.
-
No AI guesswork: simple rules you can see and undo.
FAQ

- I'm inviting the first testers in early 2027, and the waitlist gets the first invites.

- I'll announce pricing before launch, and the waitlist hears it first. No surprise renewals: you'll get a reminder before every renewal, and you can cancel at any time.

- No. Daylastic works with Todoist Free and Pro.
